Staying on, or ahead, of schedule is critical for healthcare fitouts. Every day over-schedule results in a significant amount of revenue lost.
We recently completed the project management of an X-ray swap out for @horizon_radiology at their Imaging clinic in Mount Wellington.
Traditionally, these jobs can be a pain point for our clients, as they can cause interruptions to clinical operations and result in costly downtime.
Our team completed the job in 2 weeks, condensing our initial schedule to suit the client, who was thrilled with the result - "best fitout ever!".

Project Reveal 🎉
Focusplan was pleased to recently deliver yet another world-class fitout for our valued clients Canopy Cancer Care, this time in the Ormiston Hospital precinct.
In partnership with Pilkington6 Design, Focusplan created a centre that exudes comfort and luxury, reflecting Canopy Cancer Care’s commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care.
This stunning 400 sqm facility features two enclosed treatment rooms, five additional treatment chairs, three consult rooms, a spacious reception and waiting area, a family room, clean and dirty rooms, a nurses’ station, administrative areas, a large refreshment station, and a staff kitchen.
We look forward to seeing the positive contribution this facility has toward the experiences of patients and staff.

Welcome Katrina!
Katrina joined the Construction team earlier this year as a Project Administrator, where she will assist with project procurement and administration.
She is looking forward to the variety of her role, due to the unique nature of every project. She is also keen to contribute towards improving the patient and staff experience within medical spaces.
In her spare time, Katrina enjoys creative activities, like art and photography, as well as spending time outdoors!
